This unique uramaki combines tempura-fried conch, creamy avocado, crisp cucumber, and a surprising hint of cream cheese for richness. Topped with sweet plantain for a touch of island sweetness, creamy conch for added luxury, and a drizzle of citrus mayo for brightness, this roll is finished with fresh scallions, a sprinkle of togarashi powder for heat, and vibrant red tobiko for a pop of color and texture. General tso Chicken's sauce could have used more flavour such as garlic and ginger. Chicken could have been less dry with more sauce. Overall my family mostly enjoy Zen's food but not so much tonight.
